Horley, Surrey

Our client is currently looking for a couple of lovely poeople to work in their busy transport office.

The role involves:

  • Answering the telephone.
  • Dealing with client queries.
  • Booking in jobs.
  • Taking details and requirements.
  • Liaising with the back office.
  • Providing excellent levels of customer service.
  • General administration.
  • Working as part of team.

Preferred candidates will ideally have call centre or phone sales experience.

8am to 5pm Monday to Friday some overtime may be required on Saturday mornings at £11.50 per hour.
