Our permanent service includes sourcing staff for all areas of your business. We use local advertising, social media and a variety of job boards including Indeed, Reed and CV Library. We also provide very competitive rates.
Once we have short listed candidates by both telephone and face-to-face interviews, we send over a selection of the most suitable C.V's for you to review. Once you have decided whom you would like to meet, we arrange interviews between you and our candidates.
If one of our candidates goes through your interview process and is successful, we invoice you for a percentage of the candidate's agreed annual salary.
If we do not manage to find you the perfect candidate then there is no charge for this service at all.

Temp to Perm
We recommend Temp to Perm to some of our clients as it overcomes a few issues that businesses usually face when recruiting staff.
We source candidates from our temporary workforce, advertisements or C.V searching via job boards. We then screen candidates, so that you don't have to! Our experienced recruitment consultants shortlist candidates by telephone and face to face interviews before sending over C.V's for you to review.

This option is invoiced weekly, still on 30 day invoicing terms, and this would be on an agreed hourly temporary charge rate based upon the candidates agreed starting salary, our costs and a charge equivalent to the percentage of the annual salary.
